You acknowledge and agree that:

• All content generated by AgentBoost AI is AI-assisted draft content
• You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content
• You must ensure all published listings comply with MLS rules and Fair Housing regulations
• You must review and edit all AI-generated content before publishing
• AgentBoost AI is a tool to assist, not replace, professional judgment

4. Fair Housing Compliance

While AgentBoost AI includes Fair Housing compliance filters, these filters are designed to assist, not guarantee compliance. You remain solely responsible for ensuring all published content complies with federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws.

5. Subscription and Payment

AgentBoost AI operates on a subscription basis at $39/month. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated using AgentBoost AI belongs to you. AgentBoost AI retains ownership of the Service, software, and underlying technology.

7. Limitation of Liability

AgentBoost AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to inaccurate content, Fair Housing violations, or MLS compliance issues.

8. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your data as described in that policy.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
